Dr. Kimsey Cass, PT, DPT is originally from Mooresville, NC. She attended the University of North Carolina at Pembroke where she received her Bachelor of Biology and played DII collegiate soccer. Later, she pursued her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Methodist University in Fayetteville, NC.
Dr. Kimsey Cass is passionate in creating personalized treatment plans to address a variety of musculoskeletal and neurological conditions to include post-operative care, orthopedics, return to sport, balance deficits, gait dysfunctions, and vestibular rehabilitation. Kimsey’s treatments utilize a combination of various approaches in manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neurological re-education, and dry-needling techniques to address individual deficits. With these areas of expertise, she provides a holistic approach to improve mobility, reduce pain and guide individuals to overcome physical limitations and achieve their goals.
Kimsey and her husband, Davis, moved to Bluffton, SC in 2021 from North Carolina. They recently welcomed a baby boy in February 2024. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, playing with her dogs, and being outdoors on the water.
