Danielle Demerdjian grew up in Massachusetts and is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts Lowell where she received her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology with a minor in Psychology and Nutrition, then went on to receive her Doctor of Physical Therapy. Following obtaining her board certification in physical therapy, she relocated to Hilton Head Island where she has been practicing ever since. Danielle has had experience in various settings treating patients of various ages and conditions with more extensive expertise in vestibular rehab, orthopedics, post-op care, balance and fall prevention, scoliosis-specific rehab, and pelvic floor dysfunction. She is also certified in dry needling. Danielle takes a whole-body detail-oriented approach to treatment always with the patient’s goals in mind, implementing a hands-on individualized plan of care to restore function, while also teaching the patients the tools essential to maintaining their goals long-term. She also likes to practice what she preaches in her spare time by exercising and running many local races. You may also find her enjoying spending time at the beach with her husband and dog.
